可以辞职，但有些单位可能会有违约金。如果你没有和该单位约定了聘用期，在试用期内是可以辞职的。如果约定了聘用期，并单独约定聘用期内不能辞职，则不能辞职。

1、根据国务院令第652号《事业单位人事管理条例》（以下简称条例）的规定，事业单位与工作人员订立的是聘用合同，期限一般不低于3年；在本单位连续工作满10年且距法定退休年龄不足10年的工作人员，如提出订立聘用至退休的合同的，事业单位应当与其订立。而如果是初次就业的工作人员与事业单位订立期限3年以上聘用合同的，才有12个月试用期的规定。

2、根据《条例》第17条规定，事业单位工作人员提前30日书面通知事业单位，可以解除聘用合同。据此可知，事业单位工作人员辞职，不区分试用期还是正式期，只要提前30日书面通知用人单位，可以解除聘用合同。因此在试用期内是可以辞职的。

3、事业单位工作人员辞职，要严格按照《条例》第17条规定的离职步骤来。否则，事业单位以严重违反纪律，可能对其给予处分，如果连续旷工超过15个工作日，还有可能解除聘用合同，而处分决定无法解除。
