　　事业单位辞职后还可以报考事业单位，但需要在最低服务年限已满的情况下。原定的服务期未满，即使已经解除了劳动合同，或者开除、辞退、本人辞职等情形下，也不允许参加其他机关事业岗位的招考。

　　另外，就业合同中一般都明确规定了，在服务期未满时，不允许脱离原岗位工作，不允许参加全日制学历教育、其他事业岗位或者公务员岗位考试，如果不遵守合同规定，用人单位有权力单方面解除劳动合同，并按合同要索赔。

　　如果对当前的岗位不满意，或者想回家乡机关事业单位工作，离家近，方便照顾父母，都是很正常的事情。如果有这种想法，最好与单位进行深入沟通，征得单位的同意，在通过笔试、面试后，单位愿意出具同意报考的证明，这是必要性程序，也是最好的选择。

　　如果合同上没有相关限制，或者明确允许可以参加包括全日制学历教育、公务员和事业岗位考试等，这一切则不存在问题，无论是辞职另考，或者在职参加考试，都是可以报考的。
