1.强化理论

(1)强化理论是由行为主义心理学派的理论家们提出的。

(2)美国社会心理学家班杜拉将强化分为三种方式：直接强化，替代性强化，自我强化。

5.成就动机理论

阿特金森认为，成就动机由两种相反倾向的部分组成，一种称为力求成功，另一种称之为避免失败。由于两种动机所占比重的差异，会产生两种不同的人，一种称为避免失败者，另一种称之为力求成功者。避免失败者往往选择容易完成的任务，而力求成功者则喜欢具有挑战性的事情，倾向于选择成功率为50%的任务。
