一、学院介绍

南京大学物理学科是我国最早建立的物理学科之一，历经百年发展，学科方向全、综合实力强、国际影响显著，在历次学科评估中均名列前茅。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，总体规模约198 人，其中中国科学院院士8名、长江学者特聘教授19名、杰青30名、四青人才37名。拥有一批高水平科教平台：固体微结构物理国家重点实验室、近代声学教育部重点实验室、江苏省高技术研究重点实验室（纳米技术）、以及十余个跨学科研究所与研究中心；物理教学实验中心是国家物理学基础学科人才培养基地和国家物理实验教学示范中心。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学物理学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事物理领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘不超过4名准聘助理教授研究方向包括：

（1）理论物理

（2）凝聚态物理

（3）声学

（4）光学

（5）粒子物理

三、申请条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；

2.具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；

3.一流的学术背景：具有物理学及相关学科领域的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习和工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求（博士毕业从事学术研究2年以上）；准聘副教授要求（博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上）；

4.出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；

5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

四、申请材料

1.详细个人中英文简历（注明申报研究方向、具体岗位；含已发表学术成果目录）

2.个人代表作全文（至少三篇）

3.未来三至五年研究规划1份

4.三封推荐信

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School ofPhysics, Nanjing University, China

I. About the School

The School of Physics at Nanjing University is one of the earliest physics disciplines established in China. After the development of a hundred years, the School of Physics has ranked among the best Chinese physics departments with complete disciplines, strong comprehensive strength and remarkable international reputation. Currently, the school has a high-level research team of about 198 faculty members and staffs, including 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 19 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 30 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. The school hosts the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures, the Ministry-of-Education Key Laboratory of Modern Acoustics, the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Nano Technology, and over ten interdisciplinary research centers. The Teaching Center for Experimental Physics is the base of fostering talents majoring in physics and the State Demonstration Center of Physics Experimental Teaching.

II. Positions

The School of Physics at Nanjing University plans to recruit several (up to 4) tenure-track assistant professors from all over the world. Areas of specific interests include:

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1)Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research;

(2)Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;

(4)Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good pedagogy and strong presentation ability;

(5)Scientific research achievements visibility and future development potential: Great achievements in relevant research directions, original views on relevant research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.

IV. Application Materials Required

(1)A curriculum vitae in both Chinese and English indicate the applied research direction and specific post, including the list of published academic achievements;

(2) At least three personal representative works;

(3) Research plan for the next three to five years;

(4) Three reference letters;

(5) Teaching plan.

V. Compensation Package and Support

A successful applicant will be provided with:

(1)Annual Salary: depending on qualifications;

(2)Start-up funding for scientific research;
