2022年广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县事业单位试用期内可以考别的事业单位吗

试用期内的事业单位人员一般不允许报考，在职事业单位人员经工作单位同意的可以报考其他事业单位或公务员职位。以下为不得报考的情况：

第一种，根据《2020国家公务员考试公告》规定，下列人员不得报考国家公务员考试：

1、现役军人

2、在读的非应届毕业生

3、在职公务员和参照公务员法管理的机关（单位）工作人员

4、因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员

5、被开除中国共产党党籍的人员

6、被开除公职的人员

7、被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的人员

8、在各级公务员招考中被认定有舞弊等严重违反录用纪律行为的人员

9、公务员和参照公务员法管理的机关（单位）工作人员被辞退未满5年的人员

10、法律法规规定不得录用为公务员的其他情形的人员

第二种情况是所在的事业单位有最低服务年限。

一、事业单位编制试用期长短主要取决于劳动合同的期限：

1、3个月≤劳动合同期限1年，试用期≤1个月;

2、1年≤劳动合同期限3年，试用期≤2个月;

3、劳动合同期限≥3年或无固定期限合同，试用期≤6个月;

4、劳动合同期限3个月或完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同，试用期不成立!

此外，事业单位试用期内解除员工的劳动合同，要证明员工不符合录用条件。所谓不符合录用条件有三个要素：

1、首先单位要明确自己的录用条件是合法有效的，诸如员工未如实在入职时提供婚姻状况、怀孕与否，这并非合法的录用条件;

2、其次单位要证明自己的录用条件已经让员工在入职之时知晓，这些知晓要在员工在试用期时就达成;

3、最后单位要证明员工哪些地方不符合录用条件，这种证明必须有真凭实据，不能仅凭感觉。
