　　无论是参加公务员考试，还是参加事业单位考试，都可以考进体制，获得编制。以下是公务员与事业单位的区别：

　　01、发起机构不同

　　公务员

　　国家：中组部和人力资源社会保障部。

　　地方：省、市委组织部和人事厅，各用人单位上报岗位需求。

　　事业单位

　　各用人单位的人力资源社会保障部门。

　　02、举办的统一性不同

　　公务员

　　国考每年一次，省考一般也是每年一次，有的省市一年两次，个别单位(如警察)可能单独招考。广东省考每年3，4月启动，2018下半年还将招录乡镇公务员。

　　事业单位

　　目前尚无全国招考，多为全省市和县级统一招考，一般是各个单位单独发公告招考 。深圳事业单位每年招考2次，上半年为5,6月份，下半年11,12月份。

　　03、笔试考试科目不同

　　公务员

　　笔试均只考行测和申论，个别省有公基和专业课，警察加体能测试和心理测验。

　　事业单位

　　一般考公共基础知识、申论或行测、个别考公文写作、部分加专业测试。深圳事业单位一般类考一科，为客观题，笔试内容为综合知识及能力知识;医疗类和护理类均考一科，为客观题，笔试内容均为所从事岗位的专业知识。医疗类按岗位需求细化笔试科目。

　　04、分数计算方法不同

　　公务员

　　笔试和面试分数基本上各占一半，有的四六开，少数三七开。一般设置总分最低分数线，个别设单科最低分数线。

　　事业单位

　　笔试和面试基本上各占一半，有的四六开，一般无最低分数线。

　　05、人事编制不同

　　公务员是公务员编制，事业单位是事业编制。
