　　《综合应用能力》是测查从事机关事业单位工作应当具备的基本能力的考试科目，类似于公务员考试中的申论，同样为主观性试题，但比申论考试的题型更为复杂，主要测查报考者的阅读理解能力、综合分析能力、提出和解决问题能力、文字表达能力及对基本公文写作知识的熟悉程度，考试时限120分钟，满分100分。

　　考试内容包含如下三种题型：

　　(一)案例分析题

　　提供较为典型的案例材料，要求分析案例中所给出的事实，回答案例思考所提出的问题，内容包括时事政治、法律基础、公共行政等。

　　(二)文书写作题

　　根据给出的材料和答题要求，写一篇文章。要求报考者充分利用给定的材料，切中主要问题，全面阐明、论证自己的见解，对材料中涉及的问题提出切实可行的对策方案。作文的答题要求联系实际、观点鲜明、措施合理、条理清楚、语言简练流畅。

　　《综合应用能力(A类)》是针对事业单位管理岗位公开招聘工作人员而设置的考试科目，旨在测查应试人员综合运用相关知识和技能发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，主要测查应试人员的管理角色意识、分析判断能力、计划与控制能力、沟通协调能力和文字表达能力。

　　管理角色意识：对管理岗位的职责权限有清晰认识，能够从管理者的角度理解、思考和解决问题，具有服务意识。

　　分析判断能力：面对工作情境，能够发现和界定问题，分析问题原因及影响因素，做出恰当的评估和判断。
