不可以。为防止干部流动过快，保持队伍相对稳定，机关事业单位招考人员时，一般都有服务年限的规定。有的规定5年，有的规定3年，入职人员与用人单位签订合同。

在服务年限内，原则上有三个不得：

第一，不得辞职。服务年限内，除遭遇不可抗力的原因外，不能申请辞职。

第二，不得调离。允许在单位内部或本地区相近岗位之间调整、提拔重用，但不能调离服务区域，脱离服务对象或服务地区。

第三，不得报考公务员或其他事业单位。服务期内，报考公务员或事业单位进入面试环节，要求单位提供同意报考证明，将不予出具。

根据《公务员法》第八十一条的规定，以下五种情形的公务员不得辞去公职：

(1)未满国家规定的最低服务年限的。

(2)在涉及国家秘密等特殊职位任职或者离开上述职位不满国家规定的脱密期限的。

(3)重要公务尚未处理完毕，且须由本人继续处理的。

(4)正在接受审计、纪律审查，或者涉嫌犯罪，司法程序尚未终结的。

(5)法律、行政法规规定的其他不得辞去公职的情形。

那在职期间辞职会有什么后果呢？

除名处理，并且不可以再考公务员、事业单位。职工自动离职给单位造成了损失，单位要求职工赔偿或交付违约金而发生的争议，称为自动离职争议。

因此未经批准，擅自离职的，或停薪留职期满后1个月以内，本人既未要求回原单位工作，又未办理辞职手续的，均属无故旷工行为。可以除名。

如果双方对解除聘用合同另有约定，按约定，违反约定而离职的，后果是以后会被限制报考公务员或者事业单位。
